Easy Cooking and Keep Healthy
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- Juice of 3 limes
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped shallots
- 5 tsp hot pepper sauce, or to taste
- Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Add lime juice,
garlic, cilantro, shallots, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Chill
until serving.
